Our Purpose
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our Olive Oil
The olives are mostly from the varieties Leccino, Frantoio and Moraiolo, cultivars typical of Tuscany, and a small amount of Lazzero, a very flavourful variety specific to Casale Marittimo, where our estate is located.
Our extra virgin olive oil is obtained exclusively through cold pressing, a system that best preserves all of the oil organoleptic features and aromas.
Our oil also bears the IGP seal, guaranteeing that it comes only from Tuscany, and it is obtained following a strict set of rules set by the consortium. Every batch is individually tested by its experts to ensure that it fits the requirements, and only then it is awarded the IGP status.
Our estate is located in the beautiful village of Casale Marittimo, 30 min drive south of Pisa, on a gentle south facing slope, only a few km from the sea.
Our Farm
We are a small, family run farm, with no ambitions to worldwide fame, but rather a simple goal to produce great quality olive oil, using sustainable farming techniques as much as possible, and letting nature run its course. Our focus is on quality, not quantity. We take good care of our olive trees, most of them dating back to Napoleon time, prune them carefully when needed, feed them regularly with organic matter and harvest them using gentle techniques.
